Materials used in "UNIVERSE", and "OUTPOST" series?
Artist quality acrylics and mediums (permanent and lightfast). Archival Cellulose/cotton paper. 100% linen canvas. I make/stretch my own canvases by hand, for better quality control. I am not satisfied with massproduced ready-to-paint canvases with warping wood and thin canvases. I work with fingerjointed, laminated and heat-treated pine. (Fingerjointed and laminated wood are less likely to warp/deform with humidity and ageing).
Materials used in "NAVIGATION" series
Artist quality watercolor/aquarelle pigments, gum arabicum, sometimes honey. Misc. watercolor mediums. Misc. artist pens and crayons. Cold pressed or hotpressed 100%,cotton paper. 300gsm or more. mould made, acid free and mold resistant.
